5. How long do we keep your personal data?
We process your personal data for as long as is reasonably necessary to achieve the purposes mentioned above and, in addition, in accordance with the legal obligations for storage and documentation, which result, inter alia, from relevant laws or for the establishment, exercise or defense legal requirements.
In general, your data will be deleted after the withdrawal of consent or the valid exercise of other data protection rights (such as opposition to processing, deletion). Therefore, the processing is carried out in order to fulfill a certain process and provided that the storage of data is not necessary to fulfill a legal obligation or to establish, exercise or defend legal rights. Subsequent (further) data processing will only take place if you have expressly consented to the subsequent use of your data or if we can legitimately process the data further under the conditions permitted by applicable law.
Instead of deleting your data, the data may be anonymized. In this case, any reference to personal data will be irrevocably removed, which is why the deletion obligations under data protection legislation cease to apply. a. Right of access to processed personal data: you have the right to obtain confirmation that your personal data is processed or not and, if processed, to have access to the categories of personal data and the conditions processing, by addressing a request to that effect to the data controller;
b. Right to request the rectification or deletion of personal data: you may request the data controller to rectify inaccurate personal data, complete incomplete data or delete your personal data if (i) the data is no longer available necessary for the purpose for which they were originally processed (and there is no new legal purpose), (ii) the legal basis for the processing is your consent, and you withdraw your consent if there is no other legal reason for the processing, (iii ) exercise the right of opposition and the operator has no legitimate reason to continue processing, (iv) the data has been processed illegally, (v) the deletion is necessary to comply with EU or Romanian law or (vi) the data has been collected in connection with the services information society provided to children (if applicable), when specific consent requirements apply;
